Welcome to the Sun Studio 12 Update 1 Package Installer Download Page.

1. Download the package installer file into a temporary directory.
2. Unpack the file by typing:

   bzcat download_directory/SunStudio12u1-OS-platform-pkgs-ML.tar.bz2 | /bin/tar -xf -
